**Job Summary**

This position serves as a primary contact for the entire Gulf Power Company service area in handling telephone inquiries as a Customer Care Center Representative. This position is responsible for achieving outstanding customer satisfaction while promoting and selling a wide variety of products and services. This position also provides 24 hour/7day per week telephone coverage and is available for on-call duty.

**Major Job Responsibilities**

+ Adopt and support safety expectations

+ Ensure excellent customer relations by promptly and accurately handling all types of inquires

+ Promote and sell a wide variety of Gulf Power products and services

+ Manage company assets through determining deposits, making payment arrangements and maintaining customer records

+ Work a variety of shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays

+ Respond to 24/7 on-call duty as required

Must currently live in Pensacola area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
