**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Greet and qualify touring guests . Collect and validate all guest information. Perform audits on cash

+ Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner. Assist property owners with premium and deposit questions or concerns.

+ Distribute gifts to guests. Complete daily gift and tour info in all systems.

+ Data entry of all tour and gifting information into system and running of reports. Prepare and balance cash and credit card information.

+ File and secure all documents per procedures.

+ Assist Supervisor to provide additional administrative support to internal departments to include Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams

+ Stock and organize office supplies or collateral as needed

+ Maintan beverage counter with guest refreshments and perform light cleaning

+ Receive and disperse all mail and shipments

+ **Education Level- High** **School Diploma or Equivalent**

+ **Flexible schedule (to include nights / weekends / holidays)**

+ **One year of general office experience**

+ **One year of customer service experience**

+ **Possesses productive, energetic, and self-motivated attributes.**

+ **Possesses great customer service and communication skills**

+ **Ability to be detail oriented, accurate and thorough**
