Job Description:**

Preferred qualifications: AS/AA + 4 years of related work experience

This position is on-board the U.S.Navy client site; Saufley Field which is located in Pensacola FL. No travel for this position is anticipated.

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

- Receives and processes New Hire on-boarding for CSRA.

- Assists employees with the client check-in, mandatory compliance training and security procedures.

- Provides periodic tracking and reporting for employee training completions on both Navy and CSRA learning systems. Maintain / safe-keep - local employee records.

- Assists Managers with Work Order Authorizations in Salesforce and with Deltec / MyTime for proper charge codes and labor hour tracking.

- Develops / prepares, monthly labor certification reports.

- Provides intermediate level MS Office support using Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations for the Program Management Office staff.

- Assists employees with work related expense reporting in the Concur system.

- The best candidate will need to become familiar with safeguarding /maintaining employee privacy including HIPPA and PII information.

**MUST HAVE Skills** :

* MS Office 2013/2016 suite to include Outlook and Government email programs.

* Must be able to obtain / keep Unclassified Security Clearance requirements for Public Trust Suitability, Tier 1.

* Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills. Independent self starter with the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers in a fast paced and sometimes stressful work environment.

**NICE TO HAVE Skills** : (not required to be successful, but helpful knowledge)

+ Salesforce, Workday and/or Deltec timekeeping.

+ Type 40 WPM on Windows 10 computer

**Clearance Requirement:** Candidate must be able to receive a favorable OPM background investigation to obtain a DoD CAC for unclassified access for government computer systems and military facilities.
